[Game Spoilers] Dare ni Demo Ura ga Aru ~True or Lie?~ – Mikado Rihito

As said in the review I did, I’m putting Rihito in this separate post. This contains spoilers to Rihito’s route for Nanako (Student Route) and well sort of Momoe’s as well and some CG spoilers as well although I didn’t include all of them.

Soooo for Nanako, I first went after Rihito since I really like him (I’m totally not also seiyuu based or design based…) and his route was pretty cute. He first of off in the same class as Nanako and has a habit of calling her by a series of Kappa nicknames. From kappa-princess, kappa-smile princess, kappa-daughter, and sooo on (he mostly uses kappa-chan). This is mostly because of Nanako’s hairstyle xD her hairband and such resembles a kappa.

As like with Momoe’s his whole secret is his fat cosplay ‘otaku’ days. However he starts to like you since you weren’t like other girls, blah blah, you treated him normally and the such. It was pretty much from bonding during class, and through doing cleanup together.

;A; he also did a cute thing and sewed back your stuffed rabbit plushie over and over again. He kept it secret and at first you were wondering how it got fixed, so you hid out and found out that it was Rihito who was doing this.

He asked you out on some causal dates as well, and then finally he asks  you out. (which was sort of too casual in my opinion…) That and he also tells all the girls to back off away from him since he now has you as his girl :) There’s some other cute things too like you kissing him on the cheek – making him surprised and other such as well…

One day though while getting some food, you see this fat guy fall and stuff with his food – of course being the nice person you help him. He’s all like THANK YOU, THANK YOU, PLEASE TAKE MY SPECIAL HANDKERCHIEF OF *some made up anime character* PLEASE. And just to be polite you don’t take it xD;;;; and you didn’t want to anyways.

Anyways you also end up accidentally meeting this guy again and he’s like “IT’S FATE.” and starts pushing you to go out with him and such, or when you saw Urashima and waved to him, he thought it was YOU waving towards him and was all going “doki doki” over it. Of course with his stupid insistent pushing you’re not going to be so sweet towards him and tell him to back off since you have a boyfriend. Then he’s like “OHHH YOU’RE THE TSUNDERE TYPE” which makes you more upset. Nanako’s also familiar with this term since Rihito used it on her once before to describe how she was. (And honestly she sort of is someeeeewhat, in Rihito’s route)

You later manage to escape him and well turns out that he’s also going to your school AND on a date where you’re waiting for Rihito…turns out you see this stupid fat guy again. He goes with the whole “IT’S FATE.” shit again, and you’re not going to be nice to him anymore and just tell him to seriously back off once again. Rihito later shows up though and you’re like free from this guy now right? 8D

Nope. For some reason Rihito is being NICE to this guy, and lets all the stupid antics this guy does to you go. Nanako’s totally confused since, it just doesn’t add up – but Rihito’s explanation is that he pities the guy apparently. However seriously this otaku guy is a FREAK, and totally a bad image and not to mention his voice laksgdjlagds buut during this date where Rihito’s like “let’s just have him tag along” – Nanako tries to run off away with Rihito to get away from him.

This guy has mad stalker skills. :I he manages to catch up with you every time and does the “WHAT A COINCIDENCE, IT MUST BE FATE” all over again. While Nanako’s going how the hell did he manage to run that fast to find them…

And seriously he does this like every time when he even goes to the same class as you how it’s fate :I

That and when you’re feeding him lunch, Oda swipes in and eats it D< lLSDGJL:KDSJG and freaking Mikado doesn’t even get like smacking this guy’s ass. Anyways you’re barely EVER alone with Rihito now since Oda stalks you guys like mad,, Mikado did slide in a couple alone moments and give you your first real kiss…

However on one date with Rihito – he doesn’t show up. And instead his stupid otaku friend does. He’s like “date me instead” and such, because that Rihito’s stupid since he’s not going to show up and blah blah ~ …I really couldn’t stand this guy so I said NO.

And well xD; ended up getting the bad ending where Rihito basically starts hanging out with his otaku friend and starts merging back towards that side, while you mention how he eats junk food and is slowly going to be a fat assed otaku freak.

So I went back to say “yes” and basically Nanako becomes all sweet to the guy, but in her mind xD she’s using him and just trying to bare with it so she can find out what exactly this guy has on Rihito. Since she thinks he’s blackmailing him and such – so turns out that she finds out about his whole fat cosplay days and such. (Wasn’t that much of a surprise EVEN if I didn’t do Momoe’s route since they make it so obvious lol that this guy has blackmail) Then you try to go…but instead this guy is trying to drag you to a LOVE hotel so you can go and consummate whatever freaking love you guys have and such. O____O

However although Nanako tries to get away and stuff, he’s just too strong. That and he’s just going aww don’t be shy and shit.

Rihito comes to the rescue though 8D and saves you from his stupid ass clutches. Since this time this guy was just going waaaay too far – that and you can’t stand it anymore.

But Oda just goes telling him how it’s too late for Rihito since apparently your heart is now his. lol…I don’t know but either Nanako had some really good acting or Oda is just plain stupid, xD

However you tell him it’s not true and Oda’s all LSDKJGDLSKJ:G DSGJ

Then you tell Rihito that you saw the picture and that it’s all cool. I mean it was just his past and such, and what matter is what you have now since you love him. He then replies how ashamed and sorry he is, that he should’ve just told you – but he was too scared to lose you.

:D then you two embrace~

But of course stupid assed Oda is like it’s not over. And now threatens to spread the picture all over the place. LOL BUT YOU JUST PUSH IT INTO THE POND AND SO IT’S BYE BYE (apparently as well as whatever other anime data girls this guy loved…). It was just in one line too so seriously………..why didn’t you just do that Rihito since you’re the whole cool guy deal.

However the next day a picture of Rihito…in his normal size and not fat days cosplaying…is spread out everywhere. And everyone’s giving the shit treatment to him. Rihito’s all like whatever, since he was used to it from before – however like with Momoe’s route, he also says Nanako has nothing to do with the issue so they shouldn’t be bothering her. Oda’s all like I WON. – But you check the picture and realize it’s photoshopped and tell everyone, and expose Oda’s lie.

With everyone now going onto Oda, Midado becomes the bigger man and tells them to just stop that since xD he knows how it’s like. And then happy ending with Mikado and Nanako with a cute future :D

OH WAIT. Nope before that, you also go to your  house and 8D hahaha you two also do the deed. Although I found it much cuter then the other guys. Since he transitions it from looking at your old baby pictures and playing around with you. :D and get a cute CG scene with you guys kissing…I think this is probably the nicest ‘real’ kiss scene for Nanako haha and Rihito’s coping a feel to boot as well.

Then you two wake up in the morning with an adorable after sex CG (LOLOL)…………..and it’s all good. :D then after credits you see the future of you two and turns out he became a fashion designer and such. That and his way of ‘proposing’ to you was by asking if you guys should check out some wedding dresses.

So that’s just a brief overview for Mikado haha~

Okay although I was sooo pissed at Oda AND Rihito since ;A; WHY COULDN’T YOU DO SOMETHING EARLIER. Since Oda’s reallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllly freaky.

Also from looking back on the game I realized he changes his shirts to other anime characters LOL.

However I really love his character either way, and was able to still sorta…look past those annoyances of him. That and he’s really sweet and stronger during Momoe’s route in my opinion as well.

I think he’s my favorite character from the game and just haha awesome, I totally recommend his route. 8D

The hardest thing is probably imagining the past Mikado as a fat crazy person since he was supposedly like that xD and managed an awesome change which is believable but that takes hella effort.

I really wish they just did the H-scenes since the otaku character from their last game in Step, was sooo hilarious during his H-scenes LOL I sorta doubt Mikado is as much but his kappa nicknames and such are just ;A; /end fangirling
